Nina began her career in real estate 12 years ago; beginning in leasing & property management then climbing the corporate ladder to senior management. She has worked in nearly every facet of real estate; from subsidized housing to luxury new developments & everything in between.

After nearly a decade in the industry—and achieving multiple accolades & awards, Nina envisioned a superior way to manage the real estate transaction experience from start to finish, not only for the clients, but also for the real estate professionals involved. Nina is a member of the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing, an elite network of real estate professionals focused on providing luxury home buyers and sellers with the highest quality of service, professionalism & discretion.

Nina holds a Residential Loan Originator License, meaning she is a licensed residential loan officer and can assist clients with both obtaining a mortgage and refinancing their current homes. She also has a bachelor’s degree in Finance with an emphasis on Investments.
